Rough Truffles

• We are a Community choir, based in Belper, Derbyshire.
• We meet upstairs at the Queens Head pub in Belper on Monday nights.
• We start at 8.15pm and finish at 10.00pm. Sometimes people meet for a social drink in the pub afterwards.
• Anyone can join us, we don't audition or expect any previous musical experience. You can join at any time during the year - we meet most weeks (but tend not to meet on Bank Holidays).
• We sing all sorts of songs from around the world, led by our conductor, Beth de Lange.
• Each session costs £2
• We sometimes perform (last year we sang Christmas songs for two homes for the elderly, we sang for a choir member's wedding, we joined in "Sing for Water" in aid of Wateraid, and sang for a breast cancer fundraising event at the Queens Head).
